I purchased the Talgic Dragon which I needed for couple of Kids Events about a month prior. It was several weeks before they even began to process the order, let alone ship it. I contacted their email to cancel and got no response. The events came and went and they finally confirmed shipping it. I emailed them a few times again, hoping to return the item and get a refund. I even contacted their social media accounts...and NOTHING. Never received a response. Just this lousy, automatic review email. TALGIC HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER -- NONE!

Loads of solid fun. Articulated body, swinging tail, bending knees, flapping wings, moving neck/head, moving jaw, light up eyes, steam, roar. Forwards, backwards, left, right. Fast. Battery lasts forever. Grandkids (and I) love it.

Received broken emailed 2 times no,response. Now disputing charge.

The pieces are nice and thick material. All pieces included which is always a plus! My 5 year old needed a little help but it was really fun doing it together.

I can’t wait to see my 5 yr old grandson work this bright and very cute puzzle in front of the Christmas tree! The puzzle has large pieces for little hands and it’s round, so that’s fun! Seems to be clearly printed on thick cardboard and a nice sturdy box to keep for year after year!

I ordered this for my classroom for this upcoming Holiday season. The kids always get real excited about anything holiday themed. This is an immensely colorful puzzle and should be an instant hit.

I plan on using this as a gift from our elf on the shelf. The puzzle is really nice quality and exceeded my expectations. The pieces and box are both thick and durable. Perfect size for kids. The colors are bright and the Christmas print is beautiful. My kids will enjoy this.

My 5 year old loved putting this together and was able to do most of it without help. The pieces fit well inside the box so storage is easy. It also comes with a large poster picture of the puzzle. It took my son about 30 minutes to put it together and I bet he will do it a few more times before it is put away until next Christmas.

I couldn’t wait until Christmas! My daughter and I already put it together. She is 10 and autistic and loves puzzles. This one was a fine motor challenge because she wasn’t used to the curves, but that’s a positive thing! The pieces are appropriately thick and do fit together well. It’s filled vibrant Christmassy colors and comes with a poster as big as the puzzle itself. She did great! We are missing a piece but that’s probably on us. It was sitting on the floor for a couple of days. I am happy with the quality and would recommend!

This is such a fun puzzle to put together! The unique shape makes it a little more of a challenge but not so much that kids aren't able to put it together.

This is a fun, colorful puzzle that comes with a picture pattern you can lay the puzzle on as you put it together. A nice feature for young kids who aren't great at it. Our kids enjoy putting this puzzle together, it is a bit more challenging than larger piece children's puzzles. The box is sturdy and will last but the pieces are thin and don't go together tightly so they tend to separate as you work on the puzzle.

Super cute. Fairly easy for my 10 year old, but he's not bored putting it together. My 5 year old finds it a challenge, but enjoys it. The cute Christmas theme held their attention and is well loved.

Just holding the box gave an essence of quality, but describing it eluded me. I referred to the World Wide Web for prospective. Reading an article titled "The Artist's View" regarding the feel and appearance of an object or surface was this description, "Texture is the art element that refers to how things feel or look as if they might feel. Touch and vision are how we perceive texture." Bingo.

The target audience is age 4-8 and up. The puzzle piece shape and size are age appropriate. Bright primary colors and subject (it's Santa for goodness sake) keeps interest. Large interactive mat image allows guidance to location.

this was the perfect size for the little ones, the 10-year-old assembled it herself. They each wanted a turn doing it by themselves. It is a nice, colorful puzzle that was just the right amount of challenging. perfect, highly recommend, great Christmas break activity!

Great quality and was a good challenge without being too hard. I did think it would be a little larger but it is large in general. We love it.

My kids love this puzzle because of its unique round design and big pieces. I love that it's different and the size and bright design is great. Makes a great gift!

I have a family member with the mental capacity of a 3 1/2 year-old and puzzles are great to keep her occupied! She can do up to about 100 pieces, and does them over and over. She got this one as an early Christmas gift and was thrilled! She instantly sat on the floor and started working it.

The pieces are sturdy and are of a good size (not tiny like a lot of puzzles). They snap together well and stay attached to each other. The design is intricate enough to provide a challenge but not enough to stump her. She did need a little assistance (not much, mostly just encouragement) completing it the first time, but after that she did fine by herself.

The box is good and sturdy and looks like it will hold up well over time. My only complaint is one corner was damaged in shipping, which makes it very hard to open (not the product's fault).

We'll see how well the puzzle does being put together and taken apart 9,452 times! It is always a blessing to find something that attracts her attention that she enjoys, and that holds up to repetition. Two thumbs up! :)

Our four grandchildren (ages 7 through 12) enjoyed putting this puzzle together. It took them about 45 minutes to complete.

It is large and colorful, but probably a little pricey for what it is.

I got this for myself and my grandchildren and it’s a hit! This comes with a poster guide that helps you build the puzzle easier. The pieces are thick & sturdy pieces not cheap & flimsy! I was very impressed with the quality and it’s just so much fun. Very relaxing for those like myself that struggle with anxiety. Also great for elderly who struggle with dementia. I started making my mother work puzzles & it really does help. It’s only 70 pieces so not difficult.
This is just a fun family project that everyone will enjoy. I’d absolutely recommend. This will be something I do with my grandchildren every year now.

I gave 2 Stars for Concept, Color and Design, but that's about it! 1/4 of the pieces were defective, causing the puzzle to lift rather than lock and lay flat like puzzles should. The packaging was sealed well (both plastic bag containing the pieces and the box), so aside from dirty and scratched up pieces, I have no reason to believe I was given a used product, and based off of that premise I can say that the packaging is the manufacturer's doom because most of the pieces were perfect and smooth, so I am guessing those involved in packaging and storing the pieces into the bag and box are RUINING the puzzle! Under this condition, I cannot recommend this to anyone. :( Hope this helps.
